Never Take Health for Granted
Man is not born with good health. Good health can only be obtained through cultivation. If we want to be healthy, we should take regular exercise and eat properly. Exercise and nutrition are the two secrets of good health. Health is not by any means to be taken for granted. Not only should you make efforts to obtain good health but once in good health you should always watch out to stay healthy. It is advisable that you keep on exercising, watch what you eat, get enough rest, keep regular hours, and rid yourself of nervous tension. It is probably safe to say that good health goes only to those who think highly of it and who don't believe good health may just come and stay. Indeed, health is something to be pursued and hung on to. Never take health for granted, and you can always be healthy.
